Understanding Recorder Data

Calibration

An extensive Calibration Report is included with each Tensor unit. This report certifies the accuracy of your

Tensor to factory specifications. Parameters that are measured during the calibration include RMS voltage,

RMS current, real power, apparent power, reactive power, phase angle, power factor, frequency, PST flicker,

power outage detection, battery ride through, and more. Each Tensor is carefully calibrated prior to

shipment. The calibration is valid for one year after the calibration date. To have your Tensor re-calibrated,

please contact our technical support department for a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
