Chapter 6: Configuring Web Mail

ollow the steps below to log in the

Web Mail Login

Window.

1. Launch the web browser on a computer connected to a network. Make sure the

computer you are using supports either

Internet Explorer 5.5

Netscape 5.0

and

above.

2. Enter the default web address:

http://192.168.0.1/webmail/

Enter the assigned

domain name (

http://www.xxx.com.tw/webmail/

) in the URL field if you try to access

the

Web Mail

management interface from a remote PC. Press

Return (Enter)

on your

keyboard. The

Web Mail Login

page will be displayed on the screen.

3. Enter the username and password. Select a language option from the drop-down list.

To ensure safety while using web mail, you have to add your user name and password
in the server user account list before you are allowed to log in the

Web Mail

management interface.

4. Select the desired interface

Language

English (US)

. Click

to log in.

After you log in to the

Web Mail

interface, six functions will be available for your settings.
