configurations for sending messages from the Email accounts in the list.
Enter the email addresses into the
Email list, for example: april@p.pn99.com on the left
side of the management interface. To avoid mails being sent by unauthorized user, only
email addresses listed in the
the Email list are allowed to use the Email2SMS functions.
Next, enter the
User Group name and the mobile phone numbers under this user group
into the Cellphone number list. Then, enter the message you want to send in the
Message field and click Add . Please note that the User Group names can not begin
with numbers, and only lowercase alphabetical characters are allowed. Note that only
the mail accounts listed in the
Email list are allowed to use the Email2SMS function. To
enter multiple cellphone numbers, enter a mobile phone number, and then press Enter
to continue entering the second phone number, and so on. Do not use the comma “,” to
eparate the cellphone numbers you enter, or the message you enter will only send to
e owner of the first cellphone number displayed.
To send messages, login any listed Email account, and enter the listed User Group
names as well as the domain name to be the recipient’s email address in the mail
recipient field. The format of the recipient Email address is: User Group name@your
or example, sms-pm@p.pn99.com . After you deliver the email, the
