to create the Black List.
You can set the black list rule based on the contents of Header and Body in a mail. Enter
unacceptable email sources (sender Email, IP, mail Subject, or content keywords) in the
Rule
field, select the action for target emails found, and click
Add
to confirm.
The
header
of an email refers to the information contained in the fields of
Subject
,
From
,
To
,
and other related information. The
body
of a mail refers to the mail contents sent by
the sender.
There are two
Action
options:
Discard
and
Reject
. The Server will delete any email
that meets specified criteria if
Discard
is selected. The Server will reject the target
emails back to the sender if
Reject
is selected. Click
Delete
to remove filtering
criterion.
