The fan heater features a top panel with one knob to select the different functions:
During operation the fan heater must be at a minimum distance of 50 cm from walls or other objects.
Direct the air flow towards such a point so that room heating is optimised. Do not direct the heat flow
towards corners or reduced spaces, or towards the floor or ceiling.
1. The fan heater is equipped with two levels of heating power: to have the minimum power, turn the
power knob to position
"1"
and to have the maximum power turn it to position
"2".
2. To heat a room quickly, set the fan heater to its maximum position (activate both power buttons).
Once the room has reached an agreeable temperature, set the fan heater to a lower position in
order to reduce consumption and to prevent the room from getting too hot.
3. Select low or maximum heat emission; set the desired temperature through the thermostat. By
means of the thermostat it is possible to adjust the temperature gradually. Once the desired
temperature has been reached, the appliance turns off automatically. When the temperature falls
below the set level, the fan heater is activated again.
4. For the ventilation function, turn the power knob on the ventilated position .
5. The fan heater features the practical oscillation mode, which can be activated by turning the power
knob on position .
6. In order to unplug the appliance, select
"0"
.
7. Before disconnecting the plug from the mains socket, switch off the appliance; it is advisable to
activate the ventilation mode for 30-60 seconds, in order to protect the appliance internal
components from overheating.
SAFETY MEASURES
To avoid damages and dangerous situations caused by overheating, the fan heater is equipped with a
safety device that stops its operation in case of overheating, for example, due to a total or partial
obstruction of the grills. In this case, disconnect the appliance from the mains socket, wait for around
10 minutes so that it cools down, and remove the object that is obstructing the grills. At this point, it is
possible to start the appliance again, as described above. The appliance should operate correctly.
Should the problem come up again, contact the nearest support centre.
To ensure its safe use, the appliance features a tip-over protection system. In case of accidental fall,
the appliance turns off automatically. CAUTION: If the heater is straightened, automatically restarts.
