1518 Clubhouse Walls
FOR MODELS:
(1500AWC/1500AWCF/1500AWCR/1500ATC)
!!READ ME FIRST!!
The Clubhouse Walls for this unit will require removal of some boards to install the walls.
There will be some boards that will be leftover after the walls are installed.
Have you assembled your play set?
If “yes”, then READ the Leftover Parts notes at the bottom of this page, then turn the page
and proceed.
If “no”, then keep reading below.
If you have NOT already assembled your play set then you will need to do the following as
you are building your play set:
1) DO install the angle supports in Step 6B of the main instruction manual. These will
help stabilize the structure as construction progresses to the end.
2) DO NOT install the Safety Board in Step 33 (Side to Side Wood Roof), Step 42 (Front to
Back Wood Roof) or Step 31 (Tarp Roof) of the main instruction manual.
3) DO NOT install the Sandbox Seats in Step 45 (Side to Side Wood Roof), Step 53 (Front
to Back Wood Roof) or Step 43 (Tarp Roof) of the main instruction manual.
4) DO install the Clubhouse Walls after the entire play set structure is completed.
5) DO NOT build the picnic table until after the clubhouse walls are installed.
The 1500 play set series is modular. Because of this some parts will be leftover after the
Clubhouse Walls are installed.
Leftover Parts:
2 – 5/4 x 6 x 22” Sandbox Seats, 1 – 2 x 6 x 70” Sandbox Board,
All boards for the Picnic Table. The picnic table parts will be part of the leftover pieces for
this set. If your play set is already completed you may choose to remove the picnic table
from the right side of the unit and place it on the left side after the clubhouse walls are
installed. Placing the picnic table in this position will take up approximately 35% of the
useable floor space at the bottom of the play set.
*Clear Silicone Caulk will be needed to fill in any screw holes in the green posts.
