STEP 7:

Hold swing chain tight so eye bolt is vertical and tighten eye bolt
completely. Ensure eye bolt is completely tightened as this supports all of
the weight in the swing. Repeat for all four eye bolts. Fig. 16

Go back through all steps and ensure all fasteners are completely tightened.
