9.1.1.4 Attaching support bars

First insert the support bar into the hole at the back of the patient support

base and then lock it in position by turning it outwards.

NOTE

Ensure that you insert the support bars the right way round. The wider sides

of the round end parts have to be on the inside as shown.

•

To remove the support bar, first turn it inwards and then pull it out.
