drop-down list and the following page appears. If the 

WAN connection type is set to 

PPPoE

, you can configure the following parameters to PPPoE dial up. 

 

 

 

 

The page includes the following fields: 

Object 

Description 

User Name/Password

 

Enter the User Name and Password provided by your ISP. These fields 
are case-sensitive. 

Verify Password   

Fill in the password again for verification. 

Operation Mode 

 

Keep Alive: 

Keep the PPPoE connection all the time. Please also 

configure the Redial Period field. 

 

On Demand: 

Please configure the Idle Time field. When time is 

up, the PPPoE connection will disconnect. The connection will 

re-connect when any outgoing packet arise.

 

 

Manual: 

Close all function. 

MAC Clone 

Enable or disable MAC clone.
