General Terms
In this document the term the Software , refers to the programmes, files and
documentation provided as kryo·connect, kryo-connect Configurator and
includes software provided pre-installed in the kryo·connect
or on any
separate media. Other software components supplied with kryo·connect are
owned by their respective Companies and their licences and documentation
are duly transferred in accordance with their separate licence agreements.
By installing or using the Software, you agree to the terms and conditions of
this Licence. The Software is protected by copyright laws and international
copyright treaties as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The
Software is licensed, not sold.
LICENCE AGREEMENT
(i) You may install the Software on a single machine only. The
Software may be transferred to and then utilised on another machine,
provided that the Software is removed from the original machine.
(ii) The Software may be accessed concurrently via a network by any
number of users up to and including the number of users for which
you have acquired a licence.
(iii) You may only make copies of the Software for the purposes of
backup.
(iv) You may not rent the Software , copy, modify, transfer or merge the
Software in whole or in part.
(v) You may not modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer,
create derivative works based on, or translate
the Software except
and only to the extent that such activity is expressly required by
Government Authority acting under applicable law.
(vi) You may not reproduce, distribute or alter the Software
documentation.
Your Licence and this Licence Agreement are automatically terminated with
immediate effect if you contravene any of the above conditions (i) to (vi); this
termination shall be without prejudice to any criminal, civil, or other remedy
available to Planer plc.
