4.10 Returning for service

Should the system need to be sent back to Planer Limited for repair, or if the unit is to
be inspected, maintained or repaired on-site by Planer Limited, a Declaration of
Decontamination must be completed. This can be downloaded from

Do not dispose of with general waste.
