Invitium Battery System BAT-24CM
Replace the Battery
To remove the battery system from the cart

Loosen the two screws on the front of the cart.

Loosen the screw on the back, and tuck the cables to the side.

Unplug the power cord, USB cable, and output power cable.

Remove the two battery fuses.

Pull out the battery enclosure carefully and move it to a flat and stable work
surface. The unit is heavily weighted toward the front.
Replacement tips
The Invitium battery system weighs
25 pounds. Handle it carefully.
The unit is heavily weighted
toward the front of the cart. As
you remove it from the cart, you
feel its heaviness.
Once the unit is completely out of
the housing, move it to a flat and
stable work surface to replace the
batteries.
Do not mix old and new batteries.
Replace both batteries during the
same maintenance session.
The battery system is a self-aligning
unit. When you return it to the cart,
push it all the way in. The alignment
occurs automatically.
