For products (a) sold and used for commercial applications (b) sold
outside of the continental United States, warranty service is
obtained by bringing or shipping your product to an authorized
Pixstorm service provider. This warranty does not cover shipping
charges, risk of loss during shipment, export taxes, custom duties
and taxes, or any other charges associated with transportation of the
product to and from the repair facility.
Pixstorm retains the right to assess all warranty claims and to
determine if damages are covered by the warranty. In case of a
claim that is not covered by the warranty, you will be contacted to
determine whether Pixstorm should repair the damage for a fee or
whether the product should be returned to you as received by
Pixstorm.
Limitations of Remedy

The limited warranty does not cover the repair of damages
occurring after you purchase the monitor in shipping or in
storage or that caused by disaster, accident, misuse, abuse,
negligence, mishandling, improper packaging or shipping,
unauthorized repair or modification, or acts of God.

This limited warranty does not cover repair of monitor
display quality degradation resulting from failure of
following the manufacturer's instruction with respect to
proper handling, operation, installation, usage, service and
maintenance of the monitor.

Pixstorm or an authorized representative shall not be liable
for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from
the use of this product.

DO NOT open the monitor housing under any
circumstances. By opening the monitor housing you will
expose yourself to possible electrical dangers and void all
warranties.
Pixstorm is not liable for any damages caused by the product or the
failure of the product to perform, including any lost profits, lost
savings, incidental damages, or consequential damages. Pixstorm is
not liable for any claim made by a third party or made by you for a
third party. This limitation applies whether damages are sought, or
a claim made, under this warranty or as a loss claim (including
negligence and strict product liability), a contract claim, or any
other claim. This limitation of liability will be effective even if
Pixstorm or an authorized representative of Pixstorm has been
advised by you of the possibility of any such damages. This
limitation of liability, however, will not apply to claims for personal
death or injury.

6. General Safety Precautions
The equipment should be installed near the wall socket, which
should always be easily accessible. If any faults occur with the
equipment, disconnect the power supply cord from the unit first.

Place the monitor on a flat and level surface.
