Obtaining a Refund or Warranty

. In general, you will need to deliver your Product, in either its original packaging
or in equally protective packaging to the address specified by TuringSense customer service. You
assume the risk of loss or damage to any returned Product or any Product sent for warranty service. If
you return a Product to TuringSense without an authorization from TuringSense customer service, you
may be subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the original price of the Products. Before you deliver your
Product for a return or warranty service, it is your responsibility to remove any removable storage
media and back up any data, software, or other materials you may have stored or preserved on your
Product. It is possible that such storage media, data, software or other materials will be destroyed, lost
or reformatted during service, and we will not be responsible for any such damage or loss.
