8. Close the top cover. The system

automatically recognises the

new cartridge and in a few

moments returns you to the

Home screen.

7. Rotate the guard back to the closed position.

5. Remove the tape from the bottom of the new ink cartridge. This

should automatically be removed with the packaging.

6. Lower the ink cartridge into the cavity. The ridges on either side

of the cartridge will slide into the grooves.
