5 • Adjustments

5.15 FLAPPeR ADJUsTMeNT

1. Remove the flapper assembly

cover, (four screws).

2. Loosen the adjustment plate

screws, (2 each side). DO NOT

REMOVE.

3. Place 0.5 to 0.8mm spacers (5

to 8 strips of 80g/m

paper) on

top of the 2nd and 4th arching

rollers.

4. Close the flapper assembly,

then rotate the flapper blade

until it touches the spacers and

resistance is felt.

5. Tighten the adjustment plate

screws, both sides.

6. Remove spacers and replace

cover.
