When the cleaning is complete, turn the Rethermalizer OFF and drain the water.

When the tank has cooled, rinse it thoroughly with cool water. Continue to rinse the tank until the cleaner has
been rinsed from the tank.
e.
Now that the tank is clean, you are ready to fill and operate the Rethermalizer.
High Limit Switch:
Gas machines - The High Limit switch will shut down the unit if the temperature reaches 250°F.
Electric machines - Electric Rethermalizers are NOT equipped with Hi Limit switches.
