9. SECURING THE CHIMNEY
Parts Required:
1 x Chimney Stack

Installation:
• Locate the chimney opening on the backside of the gas barrel. From the
inside of the gas barrel, insert the Chimney Stack through the opening.
Insert a washer, locking washers, and screw into each hole from the
outside of the gas barrel, but fasten only half-way, Once all three screws
are partially installed, secure the screws completely. Note illustration 9A.
• Next, twist the Chimney Cap onto the top of the Chimney Stack. Note
illustration 9B.
NOTE: Adjust the Chimney Cap to affect the airflow inside the main
grill. If cooking at low temperature, keep the cap more open. Ensure the
Chimney Cap allows for air to escape.
10. MOUNTING THE SIDE SHELF HANDLE, SERVING TRAY

Installation:
• Mount the Side Shelf Handle onto the Main Barrel using four screws,
locking washers, and washers.
• Mount Serving Tray Handles to Serving Tray using the two pre-installed
screws on each handle. Place the Serving Tray onto the Side Shelf Handle. It
will rest directly on the frame of the Side Shelf Handle.
IMPORTANT: Avoid using the side shelf handle to move or lift the grill.
The weight of the unit will cause the side shelf handle to bend or break,
which is not covered by warranty.
11. PLACING THE GREASE BUCKET/TRAY

1 x Grease Tray

Installation:
• Slide the Grease Tray into the bottom of the barrel.
• Place the Grease Bucket on the spout hook on the bottom of the Main
Barrel. Ensure it is level to avoid grease spills.
