Troubleshooting Error Codes

Check whether a brake cable is stuck.

Check whether the throttle has returned home.

Throttle error 

Check the throttle for damage or poor connection

Low voltage protection 

Check the battery voltage. Likely an incompatible 
battery.

High voltage protection 

Check the battery voltage. Likely an incompatible 
battery.

Motor hall sensor error 

May be a poor connection to the motor. Unplug, 
check pins, reconnect.

Phase line of motor error 

Check the motor module.

Controller over temperature 

The controller has reached a high temperature. If 
riding, let the motor cool down or it will disable.

Motor over temperature 
error 

The motor has reached a high temperature. If riding, 
let the motor cool down or it will disable.

Current sensor failure 

Check the controller.

Check the battery.

External speed sensor fault
