5.3.3 Disconnect
You can always disconnect when downloading or sending e-mail by using this
function.
5.3.4
Inbox
When you have downloaded e-mails from your mail account, the e-mails will
be saved in Inbox. Enter Inbox to manage the e-mails.
5.3.5
Other folders
Other folders include Draft, Archive, Outbox and Sent items. All of the 4
folders’ maximum storage is 20.
- Draft saved the e-mail that was not sent out successfully
- Archive arranges and stores the e-mail
- Outbox stored the e-mail that was not sent out at present
- Sent items memorize the e-mail that was sent out already.
5.3.6
Memory status
It shows the memory status of the 4 folders. Always check the memory status
after sending or downloading an e-mail to be aware of the memory use of each
used folder.
5.3.7
Settings
It provides two options: Active settings , where you can enable the active
setting in the list and Edit act. settings (see 5.3.7.1).
5.3.7.1 Configuring a new E-mail account
Selecting Edit act. settings menu you can set a new service account based on
the parameters provided by your service provider:
Profile name : can be set as desired
E-mail address : input here the e-mail address (e.g. Mark@yahoo.com )
My name : Input the name before @, e.g. Mark
Out SMTP server : the SMTP server address for outgoing mail; (e.g.
smtp.yahoo.com)
