OPERATOR’S PANEL 

 
The operator’s panel is separated into two segments – the keypad and the display.  
The keypad is there for operator input into the machine control, and the display 
shows data and information to the operator.

The red Emergency Stop button is located on the right-hand side of the keypad.  
When this button is depressed, power is removed from the motion components 
(motors and drives), and the plasma arc is turned off.  There are two additional 
Emergency Stop buttons, one on either side of the gantry.  They all perform the 
same function.
