!
A cut in sound output may indicate that the
output level of the head unit and the input
level of the amplifier do not match. To en-
sure continuous sound output with the
head unit at a high volume, turn the ampli-
fier level adjustment control right or left to
a level appropriate for the preout maximum
output level of the head unit to control ex-
cess output.
!
Despite correct volume and level adjust-
ment control settings, the unit sound still
cuts out periodically. In such a case, please
contact the nearest authorized Pioneer Ser-
vice Station.
Level adjustment control of this unit
!
If the amplifier level adjustment control is
raised inappropriately, this will simply in-
crease distortion, with little increase in
power.
!
If the signal waveform is distorted by high
output, raising the level adjustment control
of the amplifier only changes the power
slightly.
