The Speaker System setting
Specify either using the surround back speaker (or the
speaker B), or the front height speaker connection with the B-
speaker terminals.

Default setting:
Surr. Back

Select ‘Speaker System’ from the Home Menu.

Select the speaker system setting using

Surr. Back
– Sound is output from the surround back
speaker.
•
Height
– Sound is output from front height speaker.
•
SP-B
– Enables Speaker B to be installed in another
room so that the sound of the stereo can be enjoyed
elsewhere.
•
Bi-Amp
– Enables higher quality playback sound
through the front speakers with the connection of bi-
amp speakers.
•
ZONE 2
– In a separate room (subzone) from which the
receiver is located (main zone), one can enjoy playback
of a device connected to the receiver (multi-zone
function).

The 12 V Trigger Setting
If the input switches over to the input function set here, a
control signal is output from the receiver’s 12 V trigger
terminal, and operations such as power coupling with other
devices and equipment can be achieved.

Select ‘12V Trigger’ from the Home Menu.

Select the input function that triggers simultaneous
operation of 12 V trigger output.

Choose ON or OFF for the 12V Trigger.
