Storage
1. The system operates the position motor forward 5
seconds after the OPEN/CLOSE key is pressed or
ACC is set to OFF. The system continues to operate
the motor until the Position Sensing switch (Lift
switch) is set to OFF.
2. The system stops the position motor when the
Position Sensing switch (Lift switch) is set to OFF,
then operates the angle motor at slow speed.
3. The system stops the angle motor when the Angle
Sensing switch (Angle 0 switch) is set to ON and at
the point when angle pulse ceases to be output, then
operates the position motor at high speed. The
system starts stop operation by the error timer when
the monitor mechanically comes in contact at
completion of storage.
-
Adjustment of angle
1. For example, when the UP key is pressed at the initial
position (approx. 90 degrees), the system moves the
position motor to the utmost end at slow speed. The
system moves the angle motor for 1 wave of angle
pulse in Slow mode 1 second after
forward/backward pulses cease to be output. Then,
the system enters Brake mode.
2. After approximately 3 seconds, the system moves
the position motor at slow speed and stops the
motor when forward/backward pulse is not output
(Brake mode). The system operates in the same
manner when the DOWN key is pressed.
Notes) Position motor······· Motor to drive the display
forward/backward.
Angle motor··········· Motor to drive the display
angle upward/downward.
-
Precautions:
1. The system constantly adds/deducts the angle
position, and saves the last position for the next
starting up.
2. If the system does not receive specified pulses during
operation, the system judges it as abnormal
operation and stops at that position.
3. The system enters Brake mode 32 ms + approximat-
ely 200 µs after detecting the specified angle pulse L.
Withdraws slowly.
Comes in contact
mechanically.
