When the signal is interrupted at the path from
IC1701 to IC1901-IC1903, confirm the
peripheral circuits of the IC.
If there is no problem, replace the
corresponding IC among IC1701 and IC1901
to IC1903.

Is the signal output to the LVDS path?

Confirm the connecting path of pin 8 of IC1351
and pin 8 of 1851 (PWM signal).
If there is no problem, replace the LCDM and
LCDP Assys.

Replace the LCDM Assy as IC1501 or the
peripheral circuits are supposed to be defective.

When the LCD BRIGHTNESS is changed to
“1” - “4” from the UTILITY menu, confirm that
the Duty (ratio of High/Low time) of the following
waveforms vary.
Or confirm if the following waveforms are normal.
LCDM Assy : CN1351 2pin, IC1351 8pin
LCDP Assy : CN1851 2pin, IC1851 8pin
Refer to “

LCD Backlight

” as to waveforms.

Note: The waveform duty does not vary when the
LCD BRIGHTNESS is “5” , And decide the
judge by not the waveform duty variation but
the waveform normality, as it is unable to
change from the UTILITY such as the occasion
when the LCD of MIXER section is not displayed.
The ratio of the “Low” of waveform increases
when the LCD BRIGHTNESS value is rather small.
