Troubleshooting for the Remote Control

You should check the following if your ShowCenter remote control does not
work properly:

Did you point the remote control right at the receiver?
The angle to the receiver should not exceed 30°.

Is the remote control too far away from the receiver?
The remote control has a range of around 16 feet.

Is there a clear line of sight between the remote control and the receiver?

Have the batteries been properly inserted in the remote control? Do the
batteries still have enough power?
