exists, it may be the dropping of connecting wire, trouble of pinboard, the breaking down of
thermal printer or mainboard.

Report paper absence; please check if there is paper, or the printer is installed improperly, please
reinstall the top cover; if the fault still exists, it may be the dropping of connection cable, or trouble of
pinboard, or the breaking down of thermal printer or mainboard. Please check if signal cable or power
cable drops, if not, please change another pinboard for testing, and then change another thermal
printer, finally change another mainboard.

Customer Display Abnormalities
