4.1.
Cannot Turn on the AO1X Terminal
Reasons analysis
：
The phenomenon is called cannot turn on the terminal when the terminal of AO1X cannot be turned on
after connecting with the power supply, and the power indicator isn’t on.
Solutions

The battery voltage is low. Please connect it with DC adapter to get power supply. If the status
indicator is on, the power supply is OK. If the indicator is off, the DC adapter is broken or
protected, and maybe the power supply of the DC adapter is wrong. Please check if the 220V
power supply is available for the DC adapter.

If it can be turned on with the DC adapter and cannot be turned on without the DC adapter,
check if the battery capacity is low. Please get the battery charged. If still cannot turn on the
terminal, it may be the damage of battery or UPS circuit. Please renewal the battery or the UPS
charging board.
