IGITIZING WITH THE
miroVIDEO DC30 series
AND A SOUND BOARD
To use the miroVIDEO DC30 series together with a sound board for only
capturing (digitizing) video clips, make the following connections:

Connections
The miroVIDEO DC30 series input connects to a suitable video source, the
miroVIDEO DC30 series output connects to a TV or video monitor (optional).
If your video source has an S-Video output, use this connector instead of the
composite output because a higher quality will be provided.
You can connect a suitable audio source to the combined audio input/output
using the Y adapter included in the package contents. Also use the Y adapter to
connect the audio output to speakers.
Connect the internal miroVIDEO DC30 series audio output (ST12)
(see. miroVIDEO DC30 series board layout on page 17) to the audio input of
the sound board using a suitable cable. The audio input may be located at a
different place on the sound board than outlined in the diagram (see diagram on
the previous page).
If your sound board has only one audio input for connecting the CD-ROM
drive, you may connect the CD-ROM drive to the miroVIDEO DC30 series
audio input.
