In caso di non funzionamento dell’apparecchio
verificare:
- che l’apparecchio stesso sia acceso [spia verde
luminosa (1) in funzione];
- che il telecomando sia integro [led di alimentazio-
ne (2) acceso.]
Al momento dell’accensione, sempre che l’appa-
recchio non funzioni, una serie acustica di “beep”
intermittenti segnalerà il tipo di problema:
Sesto Senso SHIATSU
- 4 serie da 4 “beep” intendono che il motore Knea-
ding sistema massaggiante sia in sovraccarico o in
cortocircuito;
- 5 serie da 5 “beep” intendono che il motore Trolley
di salita e discesa sistema massaggiante sia in so-
vraccarico o in cortocircuito.
Sesto Senso AIR
- 3 serie da 3 “beep” intendono che il compressore
sia in sovraccarico o in cortocircuito;
- 4 serie da 4 “beep” intendono che il motore distri-
butore aria sia in sovraccarico o in cortocircuito.
In tutte queste circostanze è necessario spegnere
l’appareccho per almeno 30 secondi (reset).
Alla riaccensione, nel caso si tratti solo di un sovrac-
carico, l’apparecchio ripristinerà la condizione otti-
male.
Se il problema persiste anche dopo il reset, invece, la
causa è da attribuire ad un cortocircuito e si dovrà
contattare l’assistenza tecnica.
In case of malfunctioning of the unit, check if:
- the unit is turned on [luminous green light (1) on].
- the remote control is functioning properly [power
supply led (2) on.]
When you turn the unit on, if the unit is still not
operating, a series of intermitting “beeps” will show
you the kind of problem:
Sesto Senso SHIATSU
- 4 series of 4 “beeps” mean that the Kneading
motor for massaging system is overloaded or short-
circuited;
- 5 series of 5 “beeps” mean that the Trolley motor
for massaging system upwards and downwards is
overloaded or short-circuited.
Sesto Senso AIR
- 3 series of 3 “beeps” mean that the compressor is
overloaded or short-circuited;
- 4 series of 4 “beeps” mean that the air distributor
motor is overloaded or short-circuited.
In all these cases you should turn the unit off for 30
seconds at least (reset).
When you switch it on once again, if the problem
was caused by a simple overload, the unit will reset
its correct functioning.
If instead the problem persists even after the reset of
the unit, the anomaly was caused by a short-circuit
and you have to contact the Technical Service.
