Returns the maximum of the GETTEMP1 … GETTEMP4 commands. The value is encoded as a signed
integer (16bit), measured in steps of 0.1°C.

Returns the measured value of the according temperature sensor. The value is encoded as a signed
integer (16bit), measured in steps of 0.1°C.

Returns the temperature border at which the device shuts down automatically. The value is encoded
as a signed integer (16bit), measured in steps of 0.1°C.

current repetition rate. Hence, any change in the repetition rate changes this value too. It is measured

Sets the pulse width of the internal pulse generator to the given value. It must be within the borders
defined by GETWIDTHMIN and GETWIDTHMAX. The value is measured in [us].
