Troubleshooting
The positioner does not move, no operating noise can be heard
There is a motion error.

Reset the motion error.
Defective electronics
►
Check the electronics.
Electronics not connected correctly
►
Check all connecting cables (p. 17)

Reduced positioning accuracy
When the L-412.xx9232 is mounted vertically:
Load exceeds the self-locking of the drive

Make sure that the
self-locking of the
drive (p. 26)
is not exceeded.
Warped base body
►
Mount the L-412.xx9232 onto an even sur-
face (p. 13)

Increased wear due to small motion over a
long period of time
►
Perform a maintenance run (p. 21)

Uncontrolled oscillation
Large changes to the load or the alignment
of the L-412.xx9232
►
Switch off the servo control system or the con-
troller immediately.
►
Check whether the servo control parameter set-
tings correspond to the selected closed-loop
control mode; see user manual for the controller.
►
If necessary, correct the settings of the servo
control parameters.
