8/16-Bit NAND Flash Usage (JN1,JN2,RN41,RN42)
The i.MX31 is capable of using 8-Bit and 16-Bit NAND Flash devices. To select between 8 and 16-Bit
NAND Flash, the jumpers/resistor networks must be populated as follows:
