The storage media of the camera
Your camera is equipped with internal flash stor-
age.
The recording or photographing capacity can be
increased with an additional memory card. Only
use memory cards bearing the “CompactFlash
card” logo.
If a memory card is inserted in the camera, the
internal flash storage is not used. All recordings
are stored on the memory card.
Inserting a CF card
1 Press and hold the »POWER « button to switch
off the camera.

Open the card-slot by gently
pressing the cover with your thumb.
3 Push the CF card - with the contacts facing
downwards - as far in as it will go.
Note: Do not exert force when insert-

pressure.The memory cards are re-
sistant to dirt and moisture, but must
be inserted into the camera in a dry
and clean condition.
