Appendix A: Specification of Connectors

The PC-1280 Cameras interface with the Host PC via a USB Type 
B Connector. External Control Signals (Trigger and Strobe) are 
connected via a Hirose Connector. The camera DC power is also 
supplied by the Hirose Connector. Both the USB connector and the 
Hirose connector are located on the back panel, as shown in Figure 
A.1.

The 4-pin Hirose connector provides power, Trigger (input) and 
Strobe (output) control for the camera. The pin assignments is giv-
en in Table A.1
