Turn the main ON/Off switch on the front control panel to the ON
position, the BLUE power indictor lamp on the control panel will
illuminate solid.
a.
Three slow audible beeps from the circuit board indicates the
heaters have been turned on
b.
Two beeps indicate one or both of the safety interlock switches
are not in the locked position so heaters are not on
(See # 11 Safety Shield and # 12 Feed Table)
c.
Three repeating beeps and flashing power light indicates the
heat sensor is blocked. (See #17 Heat Sensor Safety Feature)
3.
The green ready light on the control panel will illuminate when the
rollers have reached the proper temperature for lamination.
4.
The forward/ reverse switch on the control panel is used to control
THREE (3) motor conditions:
a.
When the switch is in the FORWARD position, the machine runs
forward.
b.
When the switch is located in the MIDDLE “O” position, the
machine stops running, but the heaters remain on.
c.
When the switch is in the REVERSE position, the machine runs
in reverse direction.
5.
Set the speed knob to the appropriate setting for the material to laminate.
