Philips Screwdriver, sizes PH0, PH1, PH2. Electric or Peumatic Drill for Torques <5Nm recomended
Hex / Allen Key, at least size 4, better a set of keys
„Small“ Cable Ties, we use ~100 x 2,6 mm
„some“ Paper towels or cleaning rags, about ~1m² should be enough
A scriber or similar. Not too good, needed for cleaning Philips screw heads
Wrenches, sizes 7, 9, 10, 11, 13
pipe cleaner/brush or similar for 1/4“ thread cleaning
wire cutter (for cable ties)
flat blade screwdriver ~2,5mm blade
rubber mallet
water pump pliers
Discharge resistor (2x 47Ω parallel)
Equip shared Usage, at least 1 needed
Handy Torque Wrench for 6,5Nm, usable for hexagon bolts, size 13mm
Alcohol for cleaning / degrease. We use Isoproyl (C3H8O) 98%
Pressure Test
CPC connectors matching to our blocks
pressurized air supply (~8bar) for drytest of tubing
Water source with valves to pour water into the Supplies
Valves for pressur- and depressurizing
Drain or Water dump
Hydrostatic pump as available in the CERN Shop (ask Vincent Bobilier)
