In the top line of the display, information is given concerning
the current status of the telephone during a call or in standby
mode. When using the menus, this line displays an additional
line of text containing the name of the active menu. With this
feature, you always know where you are in a menu. The text
lines display important information about the current connec-
tion status or menu lists and texts. In an idle state the top
text line is replaced by the icon line. Below this icon line the
system name, your programmed name and the phone num-
ber of the handset are displayed
