Espresso Milkshake
2 small cups of extra strong Espresso
2 spoonfuls of sugar (10 g)
4 tablespoons of coffee ice-cream or vanilla ice-
cream
2 dl milk
Make the two cups of Espresso with twice the
normal quantity of ground coffee (using the 2-cup
filter instead of the 1-cup filter)
Let the Espresso cool down.
Put all the ingredients into a blender or
foodprocessor.
Mix well for a couple of seconds.
Pour the mixture into a tall glass and serve it with
a straw.

Café Brésil (two people)
2 cups of Espresso
4 tablespoons of rum
4 tablespoons of sugar
1 teaspoonful of vanilla sugar
2 tablespoons of cream (not whipped)
2 teaspoonfuls of grated lemon skin
Mix all the ingredients with a mixer.
Pour the drink out into the glasses and add an
ice-cube to each glass.
Garnish with the grated lemon skin.

Café Tropicana (two people)
4 cups of Espresso
1 dl of cream
1 tablespoon of castor sugar

teaspoonful of ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons of brown castor sugar
1 shot glass (50 ml) of fruit liqueur
2 slices of orange
Whisk the cream together with 1 tablespoon of
castor sugar and half a teaspoonful of cinnamon
until just still liquid.
Pour half a shot glass of fruit liqueur into each
glass. (Use heat-resistant glasses!)
Add a tablespoon of brown castor sugar to each
glass.
Pour the hot Espresso into the glasses.
Over the rounded side of a spoon pour the cream
into the glasses.
Garnish each glass with a slice of orange.
