Entering your number
“Your name” and “your telephone number” are transmitted at the top of each page (the first 4 mm) together with the date,
time and page number.

to enter the “+”, that is often used in international fax numbers in front of the country
code, and the CURSOR RIGHT key (
) to enter a space.
The maximum number of digits you can use for your number is 20.

Entering your name
“Your name” and “your telephone number” are transmitted at the top of each page (the first 4 mm) together with the date,
time and page number.
When you enter a name (maximum 32 digits), the number keys are used to enter letters. Every key has a number of
different characters. The following table shows which characters are entered by which key. Every time you press a
particular key you will call up the next character. After the last character the sequence starts again from the beginning.
