With a conventional portable CD player, you might have
experienced that the music stopped e.g. when jogging.
The
E LECTRONIC S KIP P ROTECTION protects against
loss of sound caused by vibrations and shocks.
However, it does not protect the set against any
damage caused by dropping
!
When switching on your player, the ESP function is
displayed and automatically activated.
• Toggle the
ESP button to select ESP on/off.
y
ESP disappears from the display: ESP deactivated.
y
OOPS appears briefly: playback also starts to skip indicating
you have exceeded the maximum ESP time, during ESP
activation.
Note : In MP3-CD mode, the ESP feature is automatically activated
and you cannot deactivate the ESP setting.
