Calendar
This menu displays the calendar. Once you select it,
press
L
Week
or

Month
to choose a display,
or press
R
Agenda
to set a new
Appointment
.
Enter the
Subject
,
Start date
and
Start time
, then select
the
Status
and press
R
Save
to store it in the
Appointments
menu. Repeat as many times as needed
to create new entries.
Appointments
This menu lists all the appointments. Select an item in
the list and press
L
View
to display its details and
eventually
Edit
it to change its content.
Press
R
Options
to access the following:
Missed appts.
This menu lists the appointments you have missed.
This menu gives you access to the following options:
Organiser
View
To display the details of the se-
lected appointments.
Edit
To edit the selected appointment
and change its content.
New entry
To create a new appointment.
Delete
To delete the selected
appointment.
Delete all
To delete all appointments at
once.
Capacity
To check the capacity of the
agenda (number of maximum
items vs. number of free entries).
Clock
Alarm clock
To set the alarm clock: press
L
Set
once you have entered
the menu, then
L
Change
to
set the alarm
On
or
Off
. Move
-
to set the
Time
and
-
again to se-
lect the days it will ring. You acti-
vate/deactivate the alarm icon
and move to the next day by
pressing
L
Change
. Press
R
OK
when done.
The alarm will NOT ring if you
set the ringer volume to silence or
turn the mobile phone off.
