Installing the new circuit board
1.
Wipe the white grease and dust from the inside of the heatsink using a clean cloth.
2.
Remove the new circuit board from the bag.
3.
Set the voltage selection switch to the correct voltage and place the jumpers in the correct
position.
4.
Remove the orange caps from the triacs. Avoid contaminating the white grease with dust.
5.
Place the new circuit board in the enclosure.
6.
Fasten the circuit board to the enclosure using the five screws.
7.
Fasten the triacs to the heatsink using the screws. The triacs must be flush against the heatsink.
Do not over tighten the screws.
8.
Reconnect the wires to their correct terminals.
9.
Reconnect the ribbon cable to the socket.
10.
Verify all the wires are properly connected to their correct locations.
11.
Switch on the power to the control and verify it operates properly. If it does not operate
properly, check the wiring and ribbon cable connection. If the unit still will not operate properly,
contact your dealer.
12.
Fasten the cover to the enclosure using the four screws.
