Connecting equipment to Feed Loop Kits 

The AutoFlex Feed Loop Kit 

(model AFX-FEED-LOOP)

 contains two modules specifically designed 

for controlling chain disk systems. 

 

The

 Loop Drive

 module controls the motors. There is one relay for the chain/drive motor and 

one for the auger/fill motor. Both relays include sensors for current monitoring. 

 

The 

Loop Sense

 module monitors the sensors. There are connections for feed proximity, chain 

safety, and two additional safety sensors. 

 

 

The ratings of the equipment you  

connect must not exceed the ratings  

of the Loop Drive Module.  

 

20 A at 120/230 VAC,  
general-purpose (resistive) 

 

1 HP at 120 VAC, 2 HP at 230 VAC
