Position of the knife holder on model 571

Requirements

When the thread trimmer is engaged and the adjusting wheel has been turned to its

highest position

1. the knife holder

must be parallel to the post and

2. the top edge of the needle plate must be in the centre of the angular knife opening.

Turn the adjusting wheel

to its highest position and engage edge trimmer.
