Position of bobbin case opener
Requirement
With the bobbin case opener

at its left point of reversal:
1. the front edge of the bobbin case opener finger must be approx.
0.6 mm
behind the
front edge of the bobbin case cam

2. The bobbin case carrier

must be approx.
0.3 mm
from the positioning finger

and
screw

must be touching stop pin

Loosen screw

and then loosen screw

so that the bobbin case opener

is still just
held in position.

Adjust the bobbin case opener
3
in accordance with
requirement 1
.
●
Turn the bobbin case opener
3
in accordance with
requirement 2
and tighten screw

●
Set fixing collar

against the bobbin case opener

and stop pin

and tighten screw
