Installing the scissor
Requirements
1. The pin of bolt

must protrude into the cam tracks of the scissor halves.
2. The scissor must work with as little lateral play as possible.

Swing out drive bar

Swing out bobbin opener

by hand and hold it.
●
Insert the scissor with its bearing pin

into the bearing bushing of the feed wheel post.
●
Swing in drive bar

and insert pin

in accordance with
requirement 1
.
●
Position the eccentricity of pin

so that it faces upwards.
●
Tighten screw

and screw on the post cover plate.
●
Check drive bar
1
for play and friction free running. If necessary, adjust with screw
