Requirements

1. With the bobbin winder on, the bobbin winder spindle must engage reliably. With the

     bobbin winder off, the friction wheel

 must not engage the drive wheel

2. The bobbin winder must turn off automatically when the thread  level is approx. 

1 mm

     

from the edge of the bobbin.
