Winding the bobbin thread; adjusting the primary thread tension

Place an empty bobbin

onto bobbin winder spindle

Thread the bobbin as shown in
Fig. 9 - 03
and wind it clockwise around bobbin

a few
times.
●
Switch on the bobbin winder while at the same time pressing bobbin winder spindle

and lever

.
The bobbin is filled up during sewing.
●
The thread tension on bobbin
1
can be adjusted using knurled screw

●
The bobbin winder stops automatically when bobbin
1
is full.
If the thread is wound unevenly:
●
Loosen nut

●
Turn thread guide

accordingly.
●
Tighten nut
