Control cam with respect to bobbin opener and tripping lever

Requirement

1. Control cam

must be touching bearing collar

2. The roller of tripping lever

must fall slightly into the path of control cam

Loosen screws

and bring control cam

to rest against bearing collar

●

In this position tighten one of the screws

slightly so that control cam

can still be

turned.

●

Loosen screw

●

Position the straight section of the control cam underneath the roller of the tripping

lever

●

Move tripping lever

together with shaft

in accordance with requirement 2.

●

Taking care to ensure that connecting link

engages completely in the groove of the

rack, bring connecting link

to rest on the right and tighten screw

Only tighten screws

slightly for the following adjustment.
